05 July 2010: Cardio and Weights

1.25 miles on the treadmill including jogging (at 3.something) for 125 yards.
10 minutes on the bicycle.
Free weights (bench press, squats, dead lifts, shoulder press, curls and wrists)
Cybex: Leg press. I started the Super Squats the last time at 155 lbs, today 160 lbs 20x with the seat laid as far back as possible this time.
