Tuesday: Night off
Wednesday: Night off
Thursday: Cardio and Weights: 544 Ellipse (10 min), Treadmill: 1 mile, 10 minutes on the exercise bike.
Free Weights: Bench Press, Squats (3x8x70 lbs), Dead lift, Bar Dips (w 4 extra lbs), Shoulder press (40lbs), Curls (30 lbs), Reverse Curl and Vertical Raise (25 lbs), Pull Down (50 lbs, overhand and underhand), Pullovers.
- Next time, going to try incline bench.
CYBEX: 20x200 lbs.
Mr Ellipse and his G/F cruised us in the Cardio Room.

Friday, 22 October: Swimming, 1200 yards
Saturday, 23 October: Swimming, 1800 yards
Sunday, 24 October: Swimming, 1650 yards
Monday, 25 October: Cardio and Weights. Freak night at the Club! Ellipse machine and treadmill, Fat Lady sitting on the bicycle reading a paperback, Bench Press, Squats, Shoulder Press, Pull Downs with the Free Weights with the 3 Stupid Boys (the ones who can't count the number of plates), then back to the CYBEX room with Susan, the Fat Lady sat on the Leg press machine and read her novel. Mr. Ellipse and his G/F were in the room too.
Annoying!

Thursday, 21 October: Cardio and Weights. 10 min on the Ellipse machine, walk one mile on treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike: Bench Press, Squats (3x-95), dead lifts, shoulder press, dips, reverse curl, pull downs. Then, 5 year anniversary dinner at Mimi's

Bench Press (3x-8-95lbs), Squats (20x-45lbs), Romainian Dead Lift (15x-80), Shoulder Press and Curls (16x-35 each_, Pull down (8x-40 overhand and underhand), pull overs and dips in the Free Weight Room. 20x-200 lbs on the CYBEX Leg Press with the seat reclined all the way back.
