Thursday: Cardio and Weights: 544 Ellipse (10 min), Treadmill: 1 mile, 10 minutes on the exercise bike.
Free Weights: Bench Press, Squats (3x8x70 lbs), Dead lift, Bar Dips (w 4 extra lbs), Shoulder press (40lbs), Curls (30 lbs), Reverse Curl and Vertical Raise (25 lbs), Pull Down (50 lbs, overhand and underhand), Pullovers.
- Next time, going to try incline bench.
CYBEX: 20x200 lbs.
