Weekly Recap

21 September, Tuesday: Swimming: 1350 yards: Tried recovery close to my body, can't do it.
22 September, Wednesday: Swimming: 1300 yards: Worked on entering at 11 and 1 and catching.
23 September, Thursday: Cardio and Weights: 20x - 245 on the leg press
24 September, Friday: Night Off
25 September: Swimming: 1500 yards: Continued working on entering and catching, looking straight ahead, synchronizing long axis roll. Tried pulling with fingertips at centerline, under my shoulder and half way in betweeen. Half way seems the best.

20 September 2010: Cardio and Weights

10 min on the 544, 1 mile on the treadmill including 1/2 mile jog, 10 minutes on the bicycle. The usual weights except did 135 lbs on the bench press. 20x-245 lbs on the CYBEX leg press. Mr. Ellipse was with a woman.

18 September: Swimming

1350 yards swimming: 2-450 free/50 back and 350 yards free. The water warmed up a bit, and I used the cold water cap for 1000, then took it off. Also, there were a lot of the M&M size beatles in the pool again. I netted them and then sanctioned them with the kickboard on the pool deck.

17 September: Swimming

1350 yards swimming: 2-450 free/50 back and 350 yards free. The water warmed up a bit, but I still used by cold water cap. Also, there were a lot of the M&M size beatles in the pool.

13 September: Cardio and Weights: 10 min on the 544, 1 mile on the treadmill including 1/2 mile jog, 10 minutes on the cycle. The usual free weights and 20x - 235 lbs on the CYBEX leg press
14 September: Went to see Cairo Time with Susan. Had 3 slices of pizza and a Negro Modelo
15 September: 1350 yards swimming: 2-450 free/50 back and 350 yards free
16 September: Cardio and Weights: 10 min on the 544, 1 mile on the treadmill including 1/2 mile jog, no bicycle because the Fat Girls were sitting on them. The usual weights except did 135 lbs on the bench press and 40 lbs shoulder press and curls. Also did front squats and lunges. 20x-240 lbs on the CYBEX leg press.

11 September 2010: Swimming

1850 yards: 3-450 free/50 back and 350 more yards free. I had my Zoot Cap, but it was still kinda cold. Not too many bugs now, but the ones that there are are the about the size of M&Ms.
Forgot to mention in Wednesday, King Kong Bundy was in the hot tub with us after swimming.

07 September: Off Night: Watched the Giants beat the Diamondbacks in Phoenix
08 September: Swimming: 1850 yards. 1-450 free/50 back, 4-250 free/50 back, 150 free. A few bugs and the pool is getting cold.
09 September: Cardio and Weights: 10 minutes on the 544 Ellipse, 1 mile on the treadmill including 0.5 miles jog, 10 minutes on the bicycle, Bench press (2-35s tonight), squats, lunges, dead lift, pullover, shoulder press, curls, push press and pull down (overhand and underhand), cable flys and bar dips. 20x 230 lbs on the CYBEX leg press.
10 September: Swimming: 2000 yards. 4-450 free/50 back. Forgot to bring my Zoot cold cap.

Bench Press, Squats and Lunges, Dead Lifts, Pullovers, Pull down (overhand and underhand), Push press (overhand and underhand), Cable flys, shoulder press and curls
Cybex: 20x - 225 leg press
Mr. Ellipse was in the gym and annoying as usual.

05 September: Swimming

1850 yards: 1-450 free/50 back, 4-250 free/50 back, 150 free.
Before we started, there were two teenage boys playing water wiggle in the steam room.
The water temp was really good, and there weren't bugs at the start, but a lot at the end.
There was a really stupid girl texting while she was swimming laps.
An a male exhibitionist in the hot tub after we finished.

Labor Day Weekend: First half recap

03 September: Cardio and Weights: 10 min on the 544, 1.5 miles the treadmill including 0.5 miles jogging and 10 minutes on the bicycle.
Bench press, squats, dead lifts, pullovers, shoulder press, push press, curls, cable flys, bar dips and narrow grip pull downs overhand and underhand.
20x 215 on the Cybex Leg Press.
There was this really lazy woman in the Cardio room. Mr Ellipse was in the Free Weight room grunting with his 10 lb kettlebell. So annoying!
04 September: Swimming. 1400 yards. 1-450 free/50 back and 3-250 free/50 back.
