Cardio and weights. 1 mile on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike, free weights (bench press, squats, dead lifts, shoulder press, curls and wrists) and CYBEX (leg press).
Mr. Ellipse was in the house, acting as weird as ever.
Rugger and his g/f were in the cardio room.
There was an excellent quote on the board the other day, "Reading a recipe is like reading science fiction: when you get to the end you think that’s never going to happen.". I checked online and this is apparently from Farmer John’s Vegetable Cookbook.
