People who do the Cybex circuit in reverse and don't wipe the machines after they use them. Gross! :-(

Treadmill: 1 mile, Bicycle: 1 mile, Free weights: Bench press and squats. Machines: Leg Press on the sled. Cybex: Leg Press, abduction and adduction, pull down, back pull, triceps and curls.
