Wednesday: Swimming: 1250 yards. We had to stop when lightning started!
Thursday: Cardio and Weights: ran 1/2 mile on treadmill, 170 lbs on leg press 20x
Friday: Swimming: 1500 yards and 1000 yards walking in the pool.
