Spent a lot of time netting the bugs&lt;br /&gt;11 Aug:  Wed:  Night off.&lt;br /&gt;12 Aug:  Thu:  Cardio and Weights:  The usual, 1/2 mile jog on the treadmill, 95 lb bench and 190 lbs 20x on the leg press and added cable flys and bar dips.&lt;br /&gt;13 Aug:  Friday:  Swimming:  About 1500 yards&lt;br /&gt;14 Aug:  Saturday:  Day off at the Ritz Carlton!&lt;br /&gt;15 Aug:  Sun.  Hike around the neighborhood.  3.5 miles&lt;br /&gt;16 Aug:  Mon:  Swimming:  1850 yards.  The pool was colder, very few bugs after a heavy rain.&lt;br /&gt;17 Aug:  Tue:  Cardio and Weights:  The usual, 1/2 mile jog on the treadmill, 65 lbs squats 20x and 185 lbs 20x on the leg press.  Mr. Skeeve in the gym (dark spot on his light grey sweats over his butt crack!).  Susan tried the 555 Ellipse machine tonigt and liked it! Susan caught one frog and hurled it out of the pool.&lt;br /&gt;Sunday, 08 August.  1000 yards in the warm pool. Mr. Ellipse, Crocodile Dundee and Sue Charlton were in the room.&lt;br /&gt;Tuesday: Night off! Went shopping at BBB amongst the College Students.  Dinner at Lovin Spoonfuls.  Saw Winter's Bone at the Loft.&lt;br /&gt;Wednesday, 03 August: 1500 yards swimming. We waited out the storm and left to go swimming about 1AM.  The frogs were having sex in the pool!  We spent the first 30 minutes or so getting them out so we could swim. The cold pool got it's own bug net.  Excellent!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Wednesday:  550 yards (450 free and 100 back) until my right shoulder started bothering me.  So, I walked about 800 in the pool.  Exhibitionists 2 were in the hot tub and FFN was cruising the men's locker room in a pink Hawaiian shirt. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Thursday:  Parts of SB1070 blocked.  My friend Kenny retired today!  Cardio and Weights:  1.25 miles on the treadmill including 0.5 miles jogging, bench press, squats, dead lifts, shoulder press, curls and wrist free weights, CYBEX leg press:  20 at 175.  Mr. Ellipse was in the house and this loud girl sat on the CYBEX machine for about 20 minutes yakking to a Crocodile Dundee ("Oh my god", "Yeah mate").  Heavy rains started (Thunderbolts and Lightning, very very frightening) after we got to the pool and we got out of the club before the street flooded.
