Breakfast favorites: Naked Juice protein drinks and Orowheat double fiber english muffins with Tofutti plain spread and 365 brand fruit spread.
Lunch favorites: Orowheat double fiber English muffin with soy cheese, soy meat and spicy brown mustard. Low salt V-8 juice.
Dinner favorite 1: Steamed vegetables* (broccoli, carrots and kale), steamed tofu*, brown rice* with San-J peanut sauce.
Dinner favorite 2: Tofurky beer brat, beer brat mustard, dill pickle relish, green chile salsa and sauerkraut* on an Orowheat hot dog bun.
Dinner favorite 3: Burrito: Boiled russet potatoes*, frozen peas* and soy cheese in a whole wheat tortilla*.
Dinner favorite 4: Burrito: Refried beans*, frozen corn* and green chiles in a whole wheat tortilla*. Dinner favorite 5: Super Soup with Susan (SSS). Soba noodles*, tofu*, daikon*, green onions* and miso* in dashi soup base with a splash of sesame oil* * indicates organic items
Annoying behaviors in the gym
1. People who grunt, wheeze, suck air, moan, groan...
2. People who cough and don't cover their mouths.
3. People who sit on equipment and talk.
4. Wearing underwear in the hot tub.
5. Wearing only a towel in the coed steam room.
6. Sweating on the treadmill or other machines and not wiping it up. Contributed by Elizabeth.
7. Sitting on the lane lines.
8. Wearing yesterday's workout clothes in the hot tub.
9. Doing wall sits in the hallway.
10. Sitting on the steps hot tub steps so that people have to climb over you to to get into and out of the tub.
Gross and Disgusting (G&D) behaviors in the gym
1. Licking the window in the steamroom. 2. Walking around with only a towel on. 3. Treadmill flatulence.
One of those nights off was a yoga night, I think.
