22 September, Wednesday: Swimming: 1300 yards: Worked on entering at 11 and 1 and catching.
23 September, Thursday: Cardio and Weights: 20x - 245 on the leg press
24 September, Friday: Night Off
25 September: Swimming: 1500 yards: Continued working on entering and catching, looking straight ahead, synchronizing long axis roll. Tried pulling with fingertips at centerline, under my shoulder and half way in betweeen. Half way seems the best.
