Saturday, 31 July: 1500 yards swimming. The frogs were having sex in the pool.
Sunday, 01 August: 1500 yards swimming. No frogs, but lots of bugs.
Monday, 02 August: Cardio and Weights. 1.5 miles on the treadmill including 0.5 mile jogging. Bench press, dead lifts, squats, pullovers, shoulder press, curls and wrists. Cybex Leg press: 20 at 180. Mr. Ellipse, Crocodile Dundee and Sue Charlton were in the room.
Tuesday: Night off! Went shopping at BBB amongst the College Students. Dinner at Lovin Spoonfuls. Saw Winter's Bone at the Loft.
Wednesday, 03 August: 1500 yards swimming. Still lots of bugs.
Thursday, 03 August: Cardio and Weights. 1.5 miles on the treadmill including 0.5 mile jogging. Bench press, dead lifts, squats, pullovers, shoulder press, curls and wrists. Cybex Leg press: 20 at 185. Mr. Ellipse, Crocodile Dundee and Sue Charlton were in the room again.
