Monday: Cardio and weights. 1 mile on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike, free weights (bench press, squats, dead lifts, shoulder press, curls and wrists) and CYBEX (leg press)
Tuesday: 1500 yards in the cold pool: 1200 free, 15o back and 150 breast.

Monday: Cardio and weights
Friday: Swimming, 1500 yards: 1200 free, 150 back and 150 breast with my new cold water swimming cap.
Saturday: 1500 yards, with my new cold water swimming cap. It fits me better backwards.
Also, 500 yards walking in the pool Friday and Saturday.

1500 yards: 1300 free, 150 back and 150 breast.
It was warm and no wind.
I walked 100 after 750 swimming and another 50.

1350 yards: 1100 free, 125 back and 125 breast.
Nice half moon.
I walked 250 in the pool after 750 yards to warm back up.

Saturday: 1550 yards
Sunday: 1250 yards
Tuesday: About 1250 yards, then my head got too cold, so I walked back and forth
Wednesday: 900 yards, then my head got too cold again, so I walked again
Wednesday night: Susan ordered me a neoprene cap!
