Sunday, 03 October: Cardio and Weights. 10 minutes on the 544 Ellipse Machine, 20 minutes on the treadmill including 1/2 mile jog, 10 minutes on the exercise bike. Bench Press (3x-8-95lbs), Squats (20x-45lbs), Romainian Dead Lift (15x-80), Shoulder Press and Curls (16x-35 each_, Pull down (8x-40 overhand and underhand), pull overs and dips in the Free Weight Room. 20x-200 lbs on the CYBEX Leg Press with the seat reclined all the way back.
