Monday, 18 October: Cardio and Weights: 20x-200 on the CYBEX
Tuesday, 19 October: Swimming, 1500 yards
Wednesday, 20 October: Off
Thursday, 21 October: Cardio and Weights. 10 min on the Ellipse machine, walk one mile on treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike: Bench Press, Squats (3x-95), dead lifts, shoulder press, dips, reverse curl, pull downs. Then, 5 year anniversary dinner at Mimi's
