Weekly recap

13 September: Cardio and Weights: 10 min on the 544, 1 mile on the treadmill including 1/2 mile jog, 10 minutes on the cycle. The usual free weights and 20x - 235 lbs on the CYBEX leg press
14 September: Went to see Cairo Time with Susan. Had 3 slices of pizza and a Negro Modelo
15 September: 1350 yards swimming: 2-450 free/50 back and 350 yards free
16 September: Cardio and Weights: 10 min on the 544, 1 mile on the treadmill including 1/2 mile jog, no bicycle because the Fat Girls were sitting on them. The usual weights except did 135 lbs on the bench press and 40 lbs shoulder press and curls. Also did front squats and lunges. 20x-240 lbs on the CYBEX leg press.
