08 September: Swimming: 1850 yards. 1-450 free/50 back, 4-250 free/50 back, 150 free. A few bugs and the pool is getting cold.
09 September: Cardio and Weights: 10 minutes on the 544 Ellipse, 1 mile on the treadmill including 0.5 miles jog, 10 minutes on the bicycle, Bench press (2-35s tonight), squats, lunges, dead lift, pullover, shoulder press, curls, push press and pull down (overhand and underhand), cable flys and bar dips. 20x 230 lbs on the CYBEX leg press.
10 September: Swimming: 2000 yards. 4-450 free/50 back. Forgot to bring my Zoot cold cap.
