Week Recap

28 August: 2000 yards: 3 - 450 free/50 back
29 August: 1750 yards: 3 - 450 free/50 back and 1-200 free/50 back
30 August: Cardio and weights. 10 min on the 544, 1.5 miles on the treadmill including 0.5 miles jogging, no exercise bike.
Bench press, squats, dead lifts, pullovers, cable flys, shoulder press, curls, wrists and bar dips
215 lbs 20x on the Cybex Leg Press
31 August: 1000 yards: Bugs and hot!
01 September: Off
02 september: 1750 yards; 3 - 450 free/50 back and 1-200 free/50 back
