Labor Day Weekend: First half recap

03 September: Cardio and Weights: 10 min on the 544, 1.5 miles the treadmill including 0.5 miles jogging and 10 minutes on the bicycle.
Bench press, squats, dead lifts, pullovers, shoulder press, push press, curls, cable flys, bar dips and narrow grip pull downs overhand and underhand.
20x 215 on the Cybex Leg Press.
There was this really lazy woman in the Cardio room. Mr Ellipse was in the Free Weight room grunting with his 10 lb kettlebell. So annoying!
04 September: Swimming. 1400 yards. 1-450 free/50 back and 3-250 free/50 back.
