20 September 2010: Cardio and Weights

10 min on the 544, 1 mile on the treadmill including 1/2 mile jog, 10 minutes on the bicycle. The usual weights except did 135 lbs on the bench press. 20x-245 lbs on the CYBEX leg press. Mr. Ellipse was with a woman.
