27 Aug 2010: Swimming

Didn't need to net the bugs before we started and the water temperature was really good! :-)
2500 yards: Started out with a 475 free/25 back to warm up, then 5x 275 free/25 back, then another 475 free/25 back.
Coach Susan recommends 50 yards of backstroke. :-)
