26 Aug 2010: Week Recap

22 Aug: Monday: Cardio and weights: 10 minutes on the 544, 1.5 miles on the treadmill including 1/2 mile jogging and 10 minutes on the bike. Bench press, squats, dead lift, pullovers, cable flys, shoulder press, curls, wrists and bar dips. 205 lbs 20x on Cybex leg press.
23 Aug: Tuesday: Overdid it last night, right shoulder. Heavy rain, night off.
24 Aug: Wednesday: 2000 yards in the pool. 1625 free and 375 back. Right shoulder loosened up.
Going to the movie and the gym tonight!
