26 Aug 2010: Cardio and Weights

10 min on the 544, 1.5 miles on the treadmill including 0.5 miles jogging and 10 minutes on the exercise bike.
Bench press (125 lb 3x tonight), squats, dead lifts, pullovers, cable flys, shoulder press, curls, wrists and bar dips
210 lbs 20x on the Cybex Leg Press
