03 May 2010: Cardio and Weights

Treadmill, bicycle, Free Weights (bench press, squats, pullovers, shoulder press, dead lifts, curls, triceps and wrists) and Cybex (leg press, calves, pull down and chest pull).
Miss Anorexia was sitting on the cardio machines and the Marine was in the Free Weight Room.
