11 March 2010: Cardio and Weights
Treadmill, bicycle, Cybex (leg press, calves, pull down, chest pull) and Free Weights (bench press, shoulder press, pullovers, squats and dead lifts ). I continued the "Super Squats" program on the Cybex leg press: 20 reps at 215 lbs.
Whoa! Don't hurt yourself! ;)
