08 March 2010: Cardio and Weights
Treadmill, bicycle, Cybex (leg press, calves, pull down, chest pull) and Free Weights (bench press, shoulder press and pullovers ). I continued the "Super Squats" program on the Cybex leg press: 20 reps at 210 lbs. And I did 170 on the pull down. (:-. And then I went home and had Super Spaghetti with Susan (SSS2) :-)!!
