Treadmill, bicycle, Cybex (leg press, calves, pull down, chest pull) and Free Weights (bench press, squats, shoulder press, pullovers and dead lift).
I started the "Super Squats" program on the Cybex leg press: 2 sets of 10 at 200 lbs. (:-). This program adds 5lbs each workout and is guaranteed to add many lbs of muscle.
"Mr. Ellipse Machine was in the free weight room doing bar dips for a while. He is the most annoying person in the gym. :-(. Then, he left and got on.......the Ellipse Machine!!!!!! :-).
