26 Feb 2010: Swimming

1900 yards: 1625 free, 175 back 50 breast and 50 fly. I changed the intervals to 200 free, then 25 back and 25 free breathing on my right side. I got to watch the full moon while I was doing backstroke. :-) It got kinda cold at the end of the swim. Then, we went home and had vegan polish sausage, mashed organic potatoes with tofutti cream cheese and chives and organic sauerkraut. :-)!!!!
