22 Feb 2010: Cardio and Weights
Treadmill, bicycle, Cybex (leg press, calves, pull down, chest pull) and Push Ups at Home. No Free Weights because the gym was super crowded. I pushed the seat back on the Cybex leg press and was able to do 250 lbs. :-) The Cybex machine made a funny sound, like something from a horror movie. :-(. I also watched Olympic Curling on the Big Screen TV, instead of Nancy Grace/Where's Caylee?. :-)
