21 Dec 2009: Cardio and Weights

Treadmill: 1 mile, Bicycle: 1.5 miles, Cybex: Leg Press, abduction and adduction, trunk rotation, pull down, back pull, triceps and curls. Free weight: Bench press, bar dips, bent over row and straight leg dead lift. Machines: Leg press on the sled.
